Naples Grande Beach Resort

Great luxe hotel with spectacular rooms and views. One drawback - undergoing renovations, so pounding noisiness 8-5 all three days of our three day stay while windows and doors of adjoining rooms were being ground out and replaced. We asked for a different room but they're all the same noise level- did get a small discount. Our kitchen area had no glasses or service ware and was missing cabinet doors. Unlike the website says, only one working restaurant onsite that also serves the bar area.

Stayed for a weekend with my fiance. The hotel is beautiful but the service was the star of the show. Everywone was phenomenally hospitable. The Receptionist, Emily was extremely kind and helpful. She took her time to give us all the recommendations and we were able to make so much more of our trip. Mariano, at the pool bar was so friendly and attentive, feels like we made a quick friend! The beach is beautiful and the water is so refreshing. However, the distance from the resort to the beach is a bit far to walk and the shuttles are just not enough to move the volume of people necessary to avoid long waits at either end. The room was a little outdated but it was clean and comfy with a great view. We also rented one of the adult pool cabanas and the space was perfect and comfortable. The pool attendant was very attentive and accommodating. The water slide was a highlight and much faster than it looks! Overall a great experience and we will return!

They're not actually on the beach..and are going to be renovating after April first. The rooms are dated, but the service is excellent!! They definitely aim to please. Shout out to Steve, manager at the front desk. And to the ladies and gentlemen in in room service who really made us feel special.

Great resort, very close to the beach, had a tram (big golf cart) service that shuttles you to and from the beach, has towel and lounge service on the beach for guests. Very clean, very nice. Juan at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get settled in. Has an adult pool/hot tub area!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, from the front desk to all other services. Ella and Nino were amazing—very attentive and truly made our stay so pleasant. The facility is a bit outdated, but we were told that updates are in progress. Overall, everything was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

Update: After sending a final follow-up email and asking about the hotel’s lost and found policy, the supervisor reached out and confirmed that my husband’s shirts had been located! We were able to coordinate shipping arrangements (for a small fee, since we live about 5.5 hours away), and the shirts arrived in the same condition they were left. I’ve since updated my review to reflect this positive resolution. Original: Our stay at the hotel was intended as a nice birthday treat for my husband, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service, and the amenities offered were satisfactory. However, after checking out, my husband realized he had accidentally left several shirts hanging in the closet. We immediately called the hotel’s lost and found department around 1 p.m.—just a couple of hours after checkout—to report the items. We were informed that nothing had been turned in but were assured that a room search would be conducted and we’d receive a follow-up call. Unfortunately, it has now been over seven hours without any update or returned call. It’s disappointing that the matter has not been handled with greater urgency or accountability, especially since we reached out well before new guests were checked into the room. This experience has left us questioning the integrity and follow-through of the hotel’s staff, and for that reason, we would be hesitant to recommend this property to others.

Came off key west express on Valentine’s Day and every hotel was sold out in the area, was about to sleep in my car until my wife and I contacted a wonderful lady named Toshieba who went out of her way to make sure we got a room! The hotel is fantastic with a super comfortable bed and pillows and excellent views!

I had an exceptional experience during my stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sammy. From the moment I stepped through the door, he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness really stood out. Sammy consistently went above and beyond — whether it was helping with small requests, offering thoughtful recommendations, or simply making sure I felt welcome every time I came through the lobby. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in making guests feel taken care of. Because of people like Sammy, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. He truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. Experiences like this are what make a stay memorable.
